Activities are open to Gardens of Gulf Cove residents only. Up to 2 personal guests per household are permitted.

Anticipated revenue and expenses constitute the Annual Operating Budget for the Association.
Minutes will be posted after they are approved at a following Board Meeting. Minutes are there to record a decision, not to be a play by play transcript of the meeting.

The Board consists of 7 members serving 2-year staggered terms. The By-laws call for the election of 4 seats in even years, 3 seats up for election in the odd years. Three seats are up for election in 2027. Submit your application by February 4, 2027.

Association Bylaws require an annual Financial Statement showing the financial condition of the Association as of the close of its fiscal year and an Income & Expense Statement for the year detailed by accounts.
Association Bylaws require Insurance for the protection of the common areas and the Association against casualty and liabilities.
