The Gardens of Gulf Cove POA, Inc. is a mandatory Deed Restricted community comprised of 986 single-family home sites spanning over 350 acres.  The community is located in West Charlotte County (East Englewood) northwest of the intersection of McCall Rd (SR-776) and Gasparilla Rd (CR-771).  General Development Corporation designed and constructed the initial phase of the subdivision during the 1970's.  The community features public roads lined with sidewalks and 5 scenic lakes where you're likely to see a variety of birds and wildlife.  We have two building facilities - our Clubhouse and Recreation Center - each with a pool and multiple amenities for our residents and their personal guests only.  The annual assessment is $470 per year and covers the maintenance, management, utilities and insurance of all common ground and amenities.

The Clubhouse at 6464 Coniston St is our welcome center where you'll find the management office, hall, and pool out back.  Here we host meetings and welcome new and existing residents.  The Clubhouse accommodates a variety of activities and events throughout the year.  The Clubhouse is available to residents only for bridal/baby showers, weddings, birthdays, graduations and anniversary parties for an affordable fee. 

The Recreation Center at 6615 Coliseum Blvd is home to our expansive heated Pool and deck with plenty of open space and covered areas.  Inside we offer billiards, ping pong, air hockey, basketball, card tables, exercise equipment and cable television.  The library has books and puzzles to borrow, tables to sit at with wi-fi access.  Outdoors you'll find refurbished shuffleboard courts, tennis courts (open to pickle ball), horseshoes, and bocce ball during "season".
